1. Any booking request for an Advertisement made via SPH iPRINT (a “Booking Request”) is subject to the approval of Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (“SPH”) and is not confirmed until the Advertiser enters into an Advertising Contract with SPH and the Advertiser makes pre-payment to SPH for the Advertisement.

  2. All relevant Terms and Conditions in the SPH Rate Book (a copy of which can be found at http://www.sph.com.sg/newspapers/ratebook/2008a/tnc.pdf) shall apply to the Booking Request and any resulting Advertisement, and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions in the SPH Rate Book. Capitalised words herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions in the SPH Rate Book, unless otherwise defined herein. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions herein and the Terms and Conditions in the SPH Rate Book, the Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail.

  3. Any rates and other terms made available via SPH iPRINT are only applicable to Booking Requests made via SPH iPRINT, are only available during any such limited period(s) as stated and are subject to change by SPH without prior notice.

  4. In the event that the Advertisement is booked via SPH iPRINT through an Agency, no commission shall be payable to the Agency.

  5. Booking Requests for Advertisements via SPH iPRINT must be made no later than 5 working days before the publication date of the Advertisement, failing which SPH shall have the discretion not to consider such Booking Requests.

  6. The Advertiser shall ensure the accuracy, authenticity and integrity of the personal information and other details submitted together with the Booking Request.

  7. SPH IPRINT is intended for first time or new Advertisers. The Advertiser shall not make more than one Booking Request via SPH iPRINT for each publication day.

  8. A maximum of 3 Amendments shall be permitted to the text and artwork of the Advertisements booked via SPH iPRINT. Subsequent Amendments may be subject to a charge, at SPH’s discretion.

  9. SPH reserves the unqualified right to decline, suspend, change, position, reposition or re-schedule any Advertisement booked via SPH iPRINT, notwithstanding earlier acceptance or pre-payment for the Advertisement.

  10. While care will be taken in processing the Booking Request, under no circumstances shall SPH be liable for any loss to the Advertiser arising from any error or omission to publish.

  11. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to check the correctness of the content of the Advertisement before it is published.

  12. The Advertiser shall indemnify and keep SPH fully indemnified against all claims, demands, actions and proceedings which may be made against SPH and all damage, liability, loss, cost and expense (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) which SPH may incur, sustain or suffer, directly or indirectly, resulting from or in connection with an Advertisement instructed by the Advertiser and/or the enforcement or protection of SPH’s rights and remedies against the Advertiser.

  13. SPH may from time to time amend these Terms and Conditions by posting the amended Terms and Conditions herein.  Any Booking Requests made after the amendment of these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
